I haven’t been to a KFC store for a couple of years, so was unaware of No Cash policy at this store. Luckily I had a card on me. Surprise! There were customer service staff there! Friendly, cheerful, able to assist me with my questions. There were only two, not young, staff at the counter, but they coped well with the steady flow of customers. Glad to find a fast food outlet that still provides customer service

You can order online as well as through the self-serve machine. Wait for food not too long. Served hot, especially mashed potatoes. The $10 deal for large popcorn chicken and 10 nuggets with 2 sauces are great! Charging power plugs and toilets available. You can sit around to avoid cold air conditioner. Monitored by camera CCTV. Overall pleasant dine-in experience.

Called into here to get lunch NEVER AGAIN they refused to take legal tender, to my knowledge cash is still legal tender. I admit some people struggle with money and change and need to do card only. Looking at a comment on reviews I would suggest that person rethink his thoughts. People still use cash and while ever it’s still legal to use, it is still legal to use. Live with it both options should still be available. And of course it will be another SKILL that people will loose out on, being able to count but then again our schools don’t see maths as a skill anymore anyway.

The staff were friendly and the store was so clean. This KFC is a must when travelling north or south through Raymond Terrance. The food was fresh and tasty, oh so yummy. Well done to the manager!!!

Place was absolutely filthy at 8 pm at night. All tables full of crumbs and floor looks like a pig sty. Chicken leg was part raw. Rest is as usual but the manager needs to kick some butt to make it up to scratch
