Store has been revamped but the food is still terrible. Poor service. Chips are always soggy. Go across to Aldi buy fried chicken pieces and put in air fryer at home. Can u spot what’s missing on this zinger burger.

Very long wait for food. The self service digital ordering system is not very clear. We wanted to try the potato mashies but & thought they were costing $4.95 but you have to get a “fill up box” to get this deal. That is not made clear on the online menu & wasn’t explained to us when we ordered in person over the counter.

This has to be the worst KFC in NSW. The attitude from the management is discussing. I order a 3 piece dinner box from inside the store. I was given 2 wings and a leg as my chicken. This has happened to me on multiple occasions from this store. I checked my order before leaving the store. When I saw what happened to me, I asked to see the manager. The manager said that is 3 pieces of chicken and refuses to do anything. I left the store furious without my food. My son told me to go and get a refund. The refund was basically thrown at me. I rang the store the next day to say what happened to me. I never heard from the store again. I am putting it down to age discrimination as the saw I was a elderly man on all occasions I am only give small pieces of chicken and told I have to put up with it.

Ordered a zinger box meal, asked to take the chips out and replace with a dinner roll. But instead I got a burger and 4 chips! No wicked wings, no gravy and certainly no dinner roll i asked for! The service was poor and food even worse

Pop corn chicken was nice and fresh but the chips were barely warm they were soggy, saggy and tasted like they had been sitting there all day or in the cardboard container all day, ate one chip and there was no way I was going for a second one
