I like kfc very much. I use the Melburn Central food court kfc on my way to work in the morning and have never given me what I ordered properly. Sometimes it feels like racism. You’ve never said hello to me and you have to check what I ordered every time with a frown on your face and ask for more, but you have to give me food and just go inside and wait every time you come out after 5 to 10 minutes. I’m just hoping for a napkin and disposable spoon senitizing tissue and I wonder why I have to be treated so racist every time. I hope this racist and service-minded employee can be fired as soon as possible. It’s a female employee with braces on her teeth. I want you to check it out and fire him Every day is unpleasant.

The drink was great but the service was terrible! They were so disrespectful when I kindly asked for my drink. This girl wasn’t doing anything and just laughing with a coworker and the other person was making meals. I needed to catch my train and I just wanted a drink so I asked the girl “can you just quickly make my drink please” and she replied with “no, I won’t make it until I’m ready”. I was just so shocked at the language and the tone she used towards me and as a person who has worked in food I know how customer service works. I was just utterly disappointed in the attitude I got especially because she was doing nothing but talking and laughing with a co-worker.

I visited KFC Werribee on watt on street today at 4.35 pm .store was empty there was 5 staff and a manager and the store was disgusting. It was dirty and filth . The bins were overflowing. No one wearing gloves when preparing food . I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier at the counter names Helen rolled her eyes when I said it’s a food practice and hygiene is so important.
