The drive through service area was absolutely filthy on the outside, stacked high with boxes, drinks, sauce etc on the inside and the two young teen boys serving food had no gloves on. The one boy who handed me my food had to rummage around in a box for the aioli. I will never come here again and recommend nobody else does either until they clean up their act.

Quite literally the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Staff have zero customer service training or even basic manners. Sometimes you’ll stand Infront of the counter for 10 minutes before they even acknowledge your existence, right before they go and trainwreck your order. Go next door to HJs or think of somewhere else if you’re hungry in this neck of the woods.

The kids working there are really nice! One time I was ordering Kfc for dinner, and the app was like ‘No, we’re not working!” So I went to the KFC and asked to do it on the counter, they did it and gave us our food! The kids are very good! 🙂

My wife and I attended this store on Saturday the 1st of July in the evening. There were two teenagers who displayed a lot of attitude. The staff behind the counter were more interested in entertaining them than acknowledging my wife and I. We just turned around and left and went next door to Hungry Jack’s. We were disgusted at the level of maturity of the staff.

Do not waste your time. I have never been so appalled by not only horrible service, but also the dreadful food if you even get it. I have tried to forgive and forget this f.ked kfc but theyre completely fked. The staff are all underaged children who have no idea what they are doing, their food is always old, the chips are never salted, so youre eating plain potato, and when they stop making food over an hour before they even close, so their opening hours are not right. Save yourself the bullsh.t from this one and take the extra drive to frenchs forest where they are atleast half decent. Mona vale KFC needs to be shut down.
