I went to KFC Aspley at 1:42pm. The young girl who took my order was quite rude. When I arrived at the paying window, I payed for my order and then was informed that the extras I asked for in my wrap twice, weren’t in the wrap because she didn’t input them. She told me that the food was already made and that I’d have to pay extra for the extras that I asked for. I said that is fine and asked if they could add the extras into the wrap. She then rolled her eyes at me and stormed back to the kitchen to tell them. She then came back and was just standing there not saying anything, continuing to roll her eyes. I found that quite disrespectful and really unprofessional. We then arrived home and opened the chips to find a black hair in them. That was quite disgusting. The wicked wings were soggy as well. The rest of the food was good, just wish the customer service was better or at least they should train their staff to be more respectful. Wont be returning to this KFC, unfortunately.

Ordered via Drive through a six piece pack of original recipe. I was given one drum, one what I thin was a breast piece and no less than 4 wings. The Breast piece had pellicle as can bee seen it the photo attached. As such this could have been toxic and there for the whole box may have been contaminated. The pack content should have contained no more that 1 wing and as such does not meet KFC standards and the condition of the chicken doesn’t meet there Mission statement.

My child ordered a zinger box coming home from school and his whole meal had maggots, at this point they should’ve put mashed maggots and gravy in their meals. Now my son is in critical condition from the maggot food poisoning. Don’t ever come here . And i also heard of a few incidents were these 15 year old boys stabbed a old man just for a chip. Most laziest and unprofessional crew of the city it’s like a kindergarten here, costumer service girls taking TikTok videos on the counter while costumers are waiting ages for simple orders and so on evry time the same here, personally I’d never come here but I have to because I’m a delivery driver, and every time I’m waiting 20 min for my order, for 5$ order I’m wasting here half an hour every time, it’s so ridiculous last time I’m picking up from here, next orders will be declined it’s a waste of my time and money here.
