I ordered an iced mocha and the barista, Charlize, did an excellent job! I am so picky with my coffee and she just gets it right every time. The customer service is great and she always stops for a friendly chat before I head off to work.

How do you give 0 stars? Absolutley appalling customer service and awareness. Ordered two meals and a drink each. Drinks arrived.. and that was as far as our dining experience got. After sitting for an hour with our drinks and the staff cleaning tables around us, no meals ever came… like a tumbleweed in the desert. Finally asked a staff member who advised that we weren’t the only ones who had missed meals tonight. Turns out a tech issue they were aware of. I get tech issues but if has been happening earlier in the night would to other customers wouldn’t you be all over it for the rest of your night. The staff member who took the order cleaning the table next to us an hour later and we aren’t eating… staff just walking past… Not good enough! Won’t be returning again. And so off to work I go with no dinner. Cheers!

Absolutely bloody awful. we waited about 45 minutes for our food a streak and nachos. nachos tasted stale and the steak was tough and has to wait about 10 minutes for a steak knife so i politely pulled the manger as side and he wasn’t willing to do anything about it he said this is what we wanted and this is what we got even though we wanted GOOD FOOD and only towards the end when i started to get angry he gave us a little diss count because i refuse to pay $100 for food we didn’t even touch. TERRIBLE
