The double Tender burger was smaller, the tenders were the size of a chicken wing. I got a regular chips but this normally fills me. Chips not filled up no salt a 2 chips we’re not cooked. Getting worse. Will not be back again.cant afford to get what should be decent food and then there’s not much of it and some of it you can’t eat. Not good.

The bar is pretty low at KFC but somehow this store manages to lower it further. I don’t want to blame the staff because they are young and without leadership. Your experience will depend on the motivation of the staff serving you. There is apparently a complete lack of management as staff meander around with no sense of urgency, at times it appears they are actively ignoring the fact there are customers waiting, probably in an attempt to incentivise people to order using the self checkout or app. Food/Hospitality is a terrible industry to work in but this is far beyond your minimum expectations of the service you’d expect from someone earning a wage.

Order always ends up wrong despite using the app. Doctor told me that I had suspected food poisoning after I feel ill after eating there last time. Staff aren’t to blame. Poor training and management is.

All dirty tables when walked in. Ordered online pi ked up instore. They got it wrong once again. Even after we doubled checked. Seems to be a teenager with attitude that kicks draws shut and glares at her co workers. No control in this store at all. Not professional at all. You have so many bad reports it’s not funny. Think it time to stop paying and start working.

Wicked wings were dried out and hard to eat, they must have been in the heater all day. The pop corn chicken container was only 3/4 full and not very hot. Very disappointed.

Legana KFC Has to be the most depressing KFC I have ever entered no one even says hello or greets you! chicken is dry as! and the look on the employees faces is just depressing no smile no nothing! Usually you complain how greasy and oily KFC chicken is but not here, I’ve only been here a handful of times and every time there is not many people there so that’s probably why the chicken is so dry it’s been sitting there for so long. I won’t be back!!
