I love the Hot and Crispy boneless chicken at KFC. Absolutely delicious. I generally only go midweek around lunchtime and the staff on the front counter are very pleasant and friendly. Chips are usually very tasty – and the seasoning they use on the chips is extra yummy.

chips weren’t crisp, but they had an enticing flavour. we weren’t presented all of our food at the take away window, but we’re instead delighted to see a young man race after our car carrying our forgotten chocolate mousse. he ran so finger licking fast – how ever once we opened the mousse containers we wish he hadn’t bothered.

They can’t even get their phone number right. What do you think they will do to your order? Stay away. Bad news when the manager tells you “By law we have to answer the phone.” so you explain to her that you have been trying to ring for 3 weeks and show her the number google gave you She argues that they updated it. So I googled it in front of her and showed her it was the wrong number. .She wasnt interested in being proven wrong, or a liar, or both. Stay AWAY from this store.

If I could give zero stars I would because they don’t deserve any. Hands down the worst KFC in the nation that can’t get an order right to save themselves. I had an amazing delivery driver who I asked if she could please have the staff ensure the order was not missing any items as we are too sick to drive to store to have it fixed up. She was assured by the store that the order was all in the bag. Guess what…. It wasn’t but that really didn’t come as any surprise.

Google needs to implement minus star ratings! Giving just one star to this so called KFC outlet isn’t justified. The only way to improve the service and quality of food to be served is to SACK the whole workforce there and re recruit competent staff with at least some common sense. Because no matter how many times KFC try to re train the current staff, they’re more than likely flogging a dead horse. Sorry to any horses out there to be insulted as a comparison to KFC staff at Carrum Downs!

Says they close at 10pm so i get there at 9.30 to be told we are not doing chicken and i politely asked if they could cook some chicken for me just to be told no we can’t do that as we are closing in half an hour yet a worker walks out with a bucket of chicken to take home Why stay open until il 10 if all your going to serve is chips and old leftovers?
