Disappointed is a understatement to be honest. Brought a giant feast from this KFC tonight. The chicken was still raw, undercooked and overcooked and also burnt but don’t have a picture because we couldn’t be bothered. Working a whole day all you want to do is come home and enjoy your food but I managed to get a photo of the raw undercooked chicken I had on my plate. We also ordered 4 extra BBQ sauce and instead just got 3 sauces sweet and sour and garlic aioli??? Definitely not worth $45.95 yet $47.95 for the extra sauce we didn’t get. Waste of money.

Honestly one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been into. And it’s like this every single time! Sat waiting for my order having to look at the disgusting floor and the men’s toilet door wide open, which looked equally as filthy inside. I ordered via the app on 19th August and when I went to collect the order they didn’t have any fried chicken. As a result I requested a refund. It is now 30th August and I am yet to receive the refund. I have since been back and the rude manager referred me to the app instead of handling the issue. This store has turned into an absolute joke shift supervisor, assistant managers, and the store manager should be absolutely ashamed worst service and staff definitely disregard procedure iv been there a number of times as I live across the road and 9/10 times somethings wrong with my order either somethings missing, it’s just thrown together or iv waited 40mins to receive what iv ordered today I ordered a zinger stacker box and found that it had no lining on the bottom. my potato and gravy is missing, the chicken looks terrible I’m guessing the cook hasn’t sifted his flour and the burger feels like a rock, I also ordered the popcorn chicken and nugget feast which all came in one box instead of 10 nuggets on their own and a maxi popcorn chicken in its own box. Something needs to be done about the management at this store it seems it’s run by bums that don’t care about service their store is producing as long as they get their pay check, the area manager needs to step in

Called in KFC on our way home and and waited 20 minutes order numbers not in any order and seem to be a total mess and lack of management seemed to be run by kids not knowing who was meant to be doing what yet menu log orders were in and out seriously lack direction and management. Really need to get act together especially for a Friday night take out .MEALS VERY SUB STANDARD AND NOTHING GIVEN FOR GRAVY 3 PIECE FEED REALLY CHIPS COLD NEVER AGAIN

Just had the most disgusting and inedible 8 piece box ever. 6 pieces could literally fit in the palm of my hand. Were obviously reheated and overcooked that they had shrunk in size. Not sure why they weren’t thrown out in the kitchen and how staff could even think they were fit for human consumption

Gravy tasted and smelled strongly of burnt plastic. Inedible waste of money. The chicken pieces all tiny and ALL bones were broken….did someone beat this chicken first? Large chips are now half the size. Terrible experience. And here’s hoping I don’t get sick from whatever is in that gravy……might try Red Rooster next time!
