We love Mr Cai’s and have returned many times over the years. We also take family for celebrations as the seating arrangements are suitable leaving everyone comfortable. The menu is broad enough to accomodate everyone’s taste choices. The food is always fresh and clean tasting with a very nice balance of flavours. Licensed with a good range of offerings. Jimmy and his family are always courteous and very helpful. We love eating there as our first choice, never disappoints.

The food here is very nice and not too expensive considering everything. The service was very friendly, while the atmosphere compliments the Chinese architecture that surrounds you. The food came out at reasonable intervals with enough time to converse and hold a nice conversation with no interruptions. The menu is diverse and I’m sure you will find anything you want from spicy to not spicy, any meat, soup with noodles of various sizes and finally a range of dumplings and deserts. I would definitely recommend for a Friday night dinner if you don’t want to cook for the kids ahahah

Great food which is always the same high standard. We love the honey prawns and teriyaki chicken. There is parking on-site via driveway at immediate right of building. Prices are reasonable.

Tonight was our first time dining at Mr Cai’s. Upon arrival at 5.45pm, there was no one in the restaurant, so we got choice of seating & as a group of 4 decided quickly what we wanted to order. It took the waiters over 20mins before they eventually took our orders yet we were the only ones there at that point. Once we ordered, after 30mins of waiting for our food, a child came out to tell us that they’d run out of chow mein noodles so we could no longer get one of the main dishes we ordered. This was after 30mins of already waiting. Not sure why they didn’t tell us this at the beginning? So this was very disappointing. The water glassses given on the table smelt so strongly of bleach that it was not drinkable. We had one drink order taken which also took a ridiculous amount of time & despite waiting almost an hour for our food, and they stuffed up one dish that was supposed to have cashews but didn’t. No one ever came & took another drink order or apologized for the time we were left waiting. Takeaway food seemed to be leaving the restaurant constantly so obviously the restaurant was favouring those orders over those seated in their restaurant. Overall the food was nice & fresh, but the lack of any atmosphere, lack of any personality when it came to the staff & the time waited with zero apologies was appalling. We will not be dining here again. To add, the carpark is also tiny & very hard to get in & out. Very disappointed in this local restaurant!

Food tasted wonderful. Staff were very polite but overall service was very slow for dining in. Heaps of take away orders walking in & out. For food quality , highly recommend.

It was our first time visiting the Mr CAI Asian Cuisine restaurant and the experience was good overall. Parking is available at the rear of the restaurant and service was quite friendly. Food was on the more expensive side for what we received compared to other restaurants however food was tasty. Food was out quickly after we ordered however one thing to note was it was very hot sitting inside the restaurant.

The food we ordered at Mr Cai was delicious! Worth the wait. I really hope locals and out of towners continue to patronise this restaurant and make it a success.

There was something wrong from last time we had a takeaway from this restaurant. I had stomach cramps all night and next day so did my wife. Last time it was all good. Food tasted good so not sure if they added MSG this time.
