I politely asked for a flat white and was met with a fed up look and it was the worst coffee I’ve had the displeasure of drinking. For clarity it was a tall middle aged man. He was also extremely rude and I’m pretty sure he’s incapable of smiling. His customer service and politeness needs a serious check before anyone should have the misfortune of touching this bakery’s floor.

This is easily the best bakery on the Far North Coast. I have been here a few times now and each time the food has been to a high standard. Everything is fresh and very delicious, the salad roll is mouth watering. Excellent customer service also! Don’t forget to try there selections of cakes, my favourite is the carrot cake.

I provided two photos of cakes that I had seen on the internet I sent these pictures to the owner. She said they would be able to make the cake that I wanted. I Picked up the cake on the weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary and was so disappointed. I excpressed my dissapointment to the poor staff member that felt dreadful. I asked her to clean the cake up a little as the icing was on the leaves of the cake and looked so thrown together. The staff member happily tidied the cake up for me. Not only was it a different cake to what I ordered. Not one of my guests enjoyed or finished their cake. The staff at our function commented how they could of made the cake for $20. Another staff member commented how awful. I paid $300.00 for this cake having the faith that it would be something a little bit fantastic. The cake was a bland sponge that you couldn’t taste because of the thick layers of mock cream. The plastic that you can see in the middle of the cake I am guessing was there to hold the cake from collapsing. I was expecting a 3 tiered cake.

Wonderful friendly service and even better baked goods. Their cakes are superb. The orange and almond GFree was delightful as their name Wicked delights suggests. Will definitely buy large slab cakes from them again. So fresh and made with love and care.
