Bright Smile
Went through drive through tonight. Asked for a burger and chicken meal deal for a family. Apparently no such thing is available. The large chips were not even salted and the large coleslaw stunk as soon as seal was open. Looked at expiry and it goes off tomorrow. It smelt like a babies nappy. The taste confirmed it was off. Extremely disappointed as we live out of town so it was too far to go back into town to sort out our dinner.

Staff supervisor clearly struggling with role, chastising her staff in front of customers then appalling rudeness towards me when I asked if I could order dinner. Loud and obnoxious tirade about amount of orders and pressure from customers, which were several, all in disbelief of what they were witnessing. Absolutely disgraceful attitude and behaviour. Perhaps better suited looking for another job. Tomorrow.. 0/10

after my efforts to find a good spot to have a dine in dinner somewhere in kempsey after a long day at work failed as nothing is open and all the Chinese places do not do dine in i was forced to find a meal to eat here. i thought that i would be able to rely on KFC to refuel my hunger. i was extremely dissapointed to find that all my chicken was under cooked. at first they insisted that the raw chicken was only that colour because of the seasoning but i know better than to eat a fluro pink piece of chicken. i then got refunded my money after a considerable effort and instead was forced to find a servo to continue my meal seeking journey.

This quality image is of a zinger burger from the combo box just ordered. Have they removed the lettuce from the burgers now??? Also had a slider – flatbread were cold and hard, asked for extra salt on chips but to say they had any salt would have been a generous comment. Service were slow and ambivalent at best. Sadly I still think that $30 is expensive for fast food for two people, served in a paper bag with no napkins.
