Tried to order in the restaurant. Staff sees you but don’t bother and they just let you wait. Drive through is a shocker, took about 20 minutes to place your order. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered. McDonalds staff is more efficient.

This kfc is a bad joke, out of the last 5 times that I have been in the drive thru I have been disgusted with the service, or lack of 4 times. Rude, ignorant staff too incompetent to do the job that they are being paid to do. What was the point of installing a 2nd ordering speaker when none of the staff have the intelligence to operate 1 properley? Just look at the other reviews of the place, it seems to be common practice. Management obviously don’t care or they would do something to fix the problem. I won’t be going to this kfc again. Absolutely pathetic

20 Chicken nuggets/tenders ordered and turned out no dipping sources were provided.(this deal includes 4 dipping sources but I was not given any), a lot of giggling inside, did not look organised at all. there were no customer waiting but still I had to wait almost 5 minutes. um.. would I want to go back to this store again? hell no!
