Dropped in at lunchtime today – wow, what terrible customer service. We ordered a ‘Regular fill up box’ and a ‘Spicy Boneless fill up box’ – The young girl serving stated that I couldn’t have the Spicy fill up box’ as they didn’t have any. I pointed out the display on the counter that was advertising the meal and again told “No” I couldn’t have it.

I usually don’t review fast food restaurants but I just had to write about this one. The food was usually what I expect from this chain. But the service I received was terrible. The young lady who served me looked dead in the eyes and sounded very dull. It was the end of the day but it doesn’t kill you to show some enthusiasm towards customers.

Had a great time with my little cousin. She absolutely loved your popcorn chicken, though I was a little weirded out when some lady with one arm kept staring at us. Is this a staff member? if so please tell her to stop staring at customers, it really freaked me out.

For a KFC, they offer excellent service. I normally come here after work to get a twister and go bucket, and despite being busy each and every staff member tries their hardest to deliver excellent customer service. My respect goes out to every single worker there, young and old.
