Went to the shop to pick up my order. Staff were bg with themself. The are we’re that have kept dressing(mushroom, chicken,etc) and the try specially the circle one is really nasty. I was upset to see that the staff didn’t care even if the meats were mixed. Not a good place at all if someone is vegetarian. Not hygienic at all.

Ordered a cheese pizza and there were pepperoni on the pizza. I am a vegetarian since I am allergic to meat, specially when it’s beef because it’s dead serious for me. I am taking medication for my allergies and this happened. I called the store and reported this to the manager and they asked me to bring it to the store which was ridiculous, and not even a simple sorry for that. They actually ignored it also I sent an email to domino’s but no response at all. I honestly stopped buying pizza from domino’s. I am not a customer anymore. Terrible service.

Ordered a cheesy garlic pizza around 11.30pm on 27/03, the pizza was burnt and they offered to make a new one. Waited 25 minutes for the second pizza and that also came out burnt (as shown in the photo) and it was already past midnight. They did not offer anything for the second burnt pizza or did not even apologise for the burning the pizza for the second time. Very bad customer service. The young crowd who works there need more training. Very disappointing

So disappointed, we have ordered ham and cheese pizza and Italian sausages pizza with cheesy crust, but pizzas don’t have cheesy crust and no ham in the ham and cheese pizza. When I went to grab my order, a girl was in her personal phone, I had to wait around 5min to 10min till her response. This is the second time we had to experience on dominos pizza.
