This place is seriously so authentic, it’s like you’ve been transported straight to Japan. Even the waiters took our order in Japanese. The trick is to get there early so you can steal a spot at the famous sunken tables – there are only 3 and they fill up quickly! Our favourites were the wagyu Beef skewers which melted on your tongue and it was our first time trying real wasabi, which was sweet and complimented the savoury flavours. You must order their special okonomiyaki platter too. Took my partner here again for his birthday and they brought out a surprise giant snowball mochi icecream cake with a sparkler candle!

Fantastic food here with some unique okonomiyaki. The handmade soba noodles are extremely good and highly recommended with dipping broth.

Can’t recommend this restaurant enough! We came here on Friday for an evening meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere felt very much like Japan and felt calming.

I was disappointed that they didn’t have sashimi and chicken karaoke on tonights menu. Love the udon so soft! The soba was alright a bit chewy. Love the tempura mix! The wagyu beef skewers are alright but too much fat.. The gyoza prawn was not great but the pork gyoza was way better. The adageshi tofu was average.

Last time I had Okonomiyaki was in Japan so it had been a while since i had it last and this really hit the spot! Note to those that prefer, the style of Okonomiyaki they make here is Osaka style so worth keeping in mind if you prefer one over the other. Food was amazing though, soba was some of the best I’ve had in Australia. It was a bit on the pricey side so be prepared to spend a bit but well worth it.

This place is known for its soba but the okonomiyaki is a must try! We ordered the special one but I don’t think you can go wrong with the other ones too. The soba menu was very unique. Walnut soba and mushroom soba was a bit on the salty side. Overall, great authentic Japanese restaurant with warm vibe

I visited there with my friend and we had an amazing sushi and soba! It’s really hard to find a good tuna sushi in Sydney and luckily they had a stock of fresh tuna so that we enjoyed them so much. Also I ordered tempura soba and it was so yummy. Their soba is house made and the texture was great. You can have a decent Japanese food with affordable price. Highly recommended!

The amount of noodles is quite small. Okonomiyaki arrived when we finished our food. We visited without a reservation and had to sit in the shabby seat next to the entrance. It was a more dissatisfying meal than McDonald’s. well…
