The food was a lovely surprise how good it was. My burger had a house made patty which was delish. The pie was a big hit too. Furnishings could do with an update though to make it more comfortable to dine. We also had 2 lots of music playing which was odd.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Roast dinner. The meat is delicious. Really loved that stuffing, cauliflower cheese and a Yorkshire pudding is included. The most home like roast we have had since leaving the UK! Could of been a bit more generous with portion sizes especially vegetables – one carrot and one broccoli. Service is non existent, you order food and drink and the bar and get your own condiments, cutlery and water. The tables are also more for a bar as opposed to a restaurant. A lot of too high or too low seating so take that in mind when booking.

Just love this little gem of a place. From the great food, witty banter with the staff and the roaring fires… it’s a fantastic spot. Lunch turned into dinner!! Great way to spend an afternoon.

We’ve had a few family meals in Jarrah and everyone has always enjoyed their food. The stone baked lasagna is 10/10, and the wife loves the wild mushroom gnocchi – two staples of Irish cuisine right there.

Perfect Customer Service! Mate bought a Guiness that didn’t taste right. Mentioned it while ordering food. Had a new pint of Guiness delivered within minutes, on the house.

Excellent food and service! Everything was incredible. The best steak sw I have ever tried, and the staff is very kind. The place is amazing. We also tried some tapas and they were incredible. Best restaurant at Hillary’s.

It was one of my favourite places, however it’s slowly transitioned to a full restaurant and less of a pub element to it which I enjoyed there. Still, amazing food and atmosphere and it’s always full which adds a great atmosphere to it. Like everything, it has got a tad expensive but it’s quality so don’t mind so much. If you have not been, make the effort to go. Definitely should be on everyone’s list.

Love the huge choice of gluten-free meals. Had the Italian pork sausage & broccoli pasta, delicious! Definitely will be back to try the other dishes

Turned up on a Saturday night without a booking. Got asked if we wouldn’t mind waiting at the bat it’ll only be about 15min. No problem at all, and true to his word, we were seated. It was very busy but the tapes food arrived pretty quickly. Mains would be about 30mins. That’s OK, time for another Red Ale.

Loved the vibes. Best to sit indoors. Cozy bar feel. Friendly service, great food and drinks. No bookings needed. Walk ins only except if you’re a group of 8 or more. They even have a plus private space. Intimate atmosphere. Busy on Saturdays. If you want a more adult crowd setting go after 7:30 pm the kids will all be gone by then. Kitchen closes by 9 pm though.
