When I tried the steak don last time, it was super chewy. But when I went back again it was perfectly tender and super tasty! Especially, the veggies which are on top of it goes well with its sauce and the steak. Also, I asked one of the staff not to make the ramen too salty as It was too intense when I had it last time. Fortunately, the taste has been improved compared to the ramen that I had before – 🙂 My husband and I, really enjoyed all the food today- Thanks for the nice meal!

Nice food. Love the chashu gohan. The ramen was good but felt like it’s gotten smaller.

It depends on what you order. Fried octopus was delicious. Karaage chicken rice bowl super yummy, I personally loved the salted vegetable and additional flavoured egg. Tonkotsu ramen was extremely disappointing however, as the broth was sweet which was not what we expected at all, it ruined the taste of the soup.

Ordered the Akamaru Shinaji (あかまる しなじ). Bit spicy, very VERY flavorful. Egg kinda fell apart haha.

One of my go to places for Ramen. Always consistent and have multiple menu that i enjoyed. Their side dish and snack is also tasty. This time we ordered Akamaru Shinaji and Akamaru Tamago Shinaji. For side dish we ordered 5pcs karage. The ramen is on point with firm texture. The garlic add depth into the taste and the ramen broth as usual is tasty. Tamago was perfectly cooked to my liking. A bit runny. So overall good. The karage is super juicy inside and crispy on the outside. Definitely need to be ordered! Will try the rice dish next time. Price wise is a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Located upstairs in carousel shopping centre. The food is tasty enough but is quite expensive considering the small serving size. Consider Hana Musubi opposite Kmart for better value Japanese curry.

expensive and not worth it at all. $20 for a small bowl of ramen. nothing to shout about tbh. gyoza was small and okay only. ramen was described as “creamy” however it was so not creamy and runny instead. also the eggs always look like someone’s eaten out of them and the texture is weird. meat in the ramen was so hard to eat and tough also. noodles very chewy and harder than most other ramen noodles out there. better off going somewhere else or try bari uma (never disappoints)

Cosy place with generous seating both for inside and outside. Personally I thought the meal for the kid was a bit expensive $12. Loved their signature pork buns and the salmon sushi rolls, can see why it is their popular dishes. The Wagyu steak don was my favourite lunch dish, just loved how tender and melt in your mouth steak.

Decent ramen though it’s not anything to gush about. Flavours for some dishes were described as “very subtle” by some diners on the night, whilst others complained their ramen broth was just “salty”. The side dishes were far better and, as agreed by everyone at out table, would definitely be something they would order again.
