The staff were friendly and service was quick. The choice pack was full to the brim and could easily be shared between two people however the roast pack was a little lacking (considering the price and comparative quantity in the choice pack). Overall, it was nice.

I stopped going here after they changed hands, as the quality and taste went downhill. I’d had some dry chicken, scary gravy which tasted so foul I still wonder what they put (accidentally spilt?) in it and either over or undercooked chips. It’s been some time since then so I thought I’d give them another go as I was having a massive craving for charcoal chicken. The chicken looked and tasted as if it was a supermarket roast chicken but not quite as good. No charcoal flavours. Did not look like a charcoal chicken. Chicken was slimy and the moisture in the bag caused the bag to open at the seams. Now I am sad for my charcoal chicken cravings have not been satisfied.

Calling up doing phone orders. With kids its easier. The past multiple times get told it will be 10 mins wait 20, 25 mins later it is ready. What tops it off is tonight I ordered at 630 got told 10 mins. I walked out at 7:10pm. I let the first times slide but this is ridiculous 5 weeks in a row I won’t be ordering more. unless your friends with staff you can walk in order and get your food 5 minutes later. The 2 stars are only because the salads were nice

This is a great Charcoal Chicken (the only way to eat) shop with a great selection of tasty salads. Roast chicken meals are good. I haven’t had anything bad from here in the 3 years buying there. Keep up the great work and food.
