Delivery driver was nice, but Customer Service was appaling at the restraunt . Manager was extremely rude , unhelpful and threatening when I complained about the two hour wait time. Told me there is nothing she can do and these things happen. Not worth the $62 , maybe $10 or $15 would not recommend. There are nice pizza out there , that deliver within an hour , with better customer service! Would give this a half star if I could, Never again!!

Decided to try as an alternative to Dominoes. Ordered using their app which was straight forward although only cash payment option. Once ordered waited for 60 mins but no notification that the order was ready. Called them to be told the order was ready 45 minutes ago and they didn’t update it on the app! No apology. The quality of the pizzas was pretty low, much lower than Dominoes. Pretty amazed that they don’t bother using their app to communicate with their customers. Uninstalled their app and will not bother with them again.

We have had some good take away from hungry wolfs. But be warned that their live chat on the website doesn’t work. Their delivery time is …. Overly long. We ordered at 6.45 pm then discovered that it will be 2+ hours to deliver 3 kms away. I can walk faster. Trust me I walk past Tascott every morning. There and back in 50 minutes. The web site doesn’t allow you to pay by credit card but the delivery people have a credit card machine. As I said, the pizza and pastas have been good. But really, 2+ hours for a delivery. I am beyond hungry. Also, the web site has an order status gizmo – it immediately goes from “confirmed” to “preparing” but never progresses to “on the way” even after it has been delivered. I rang about the order. Response was inadequate.

Pretty good pizza, a step up from dominos but not as good as a wood oven pizza. Fairly expensive but understandable without competition in the area. Quite busy and not much seating inside. Delivery is $3 with minimum $20+ orders.

Had Pizza and Pasta there yesterday, great place with friendly service. Family owned! They need support! The gnocchi with a tomato based sauce fantastic the pizza was perfect as well! Highly recommend this place.
