Beautiful old character building with a cool funky bar feeling. The food was delicious. We had “the special” Chilli prawns with cherry tomato pizza. Good authentic wood fired pizza bases. Was so good to wind down at the end of a long day by the fire in this casual place. Full bar and friendly service. So glad we came.

Great place to eat out. If your stay at Bathurst definitely have a pizza here. Caters for dairy free and gluten free. Great happy hour deals and staff are very helpful with warm atmosphere.

We went on a weekday afternoon just after lunch on our way home from Orange. Staff were very friendly. Food and beers were yum. Highly recommend and will return next time we’re in town.

Overall, good atmosphere, nice place. Good pizza dough, proper Italian pizza oven. Pepperoni pizza great 5/5. Potato and gorgonzola pizza did not have gorgonzola in it. Could not taste any rosemary. Also, small chunks of potatoes instead of slices. I disliked this one 2/5. Hope they fix some of the failures for next customers.

I was very keen to try this place after seeing recommendations for it on various websites. You enter via a cute little courtyard (which we didn’t quite get to enjoy as it was rainy that day) and sat ourselves down at an empty table inside the church – there’s not really a front desk or anyone at the door to greet you which was a little unexpected as the entrance was more like a side door.
