Ordered pizzas for 7 pm. When I arrived, i asked the young lady behind the counter and she went to check. When she returned, she told me that my order wasn’t even being prepared yet. Seems like a lot of younger kids with almost no supervision. How are these guys going to learn if they are left by themselves with no leadership to learn from?

I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides on wednesday the 31st. Pick up was 6.15, i got there just before, asked for my order and when the girl checked she said it was 6 mins away. They were busy but lots of staff( none of them knew what they were doing). Around 20 mins later they checked again for us and i was told we have lost the order, we will do it now it will be around 8 mins. By the time we got our order it was nearly 45 mins since we first walked in for pick up. Only to find out when we got home out of the 3 pizzas only 1 was what we ordered. This is not the first time this has happened, and i dont do delivery any more as it is always 1 hr or more later than when we have asked. It is an absolute disgrace and management should be disgusted in letting the business run like this.

Usually always nice pizzas. Have had the odd order which wasn’t up to standard but majority of the time it’s great. Way better than dominos. The crust is super tasty and not paper thin. Bigger pizzas and better value than dominos.

We picked up our pizza tonight.. bbq meat lovers and veggie sensation both were undercooked, cheese was not even melted, both garlic breads were under cooked. No one ended up eating it. What a waste of money.

Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from the store manager “Alyssa”. There was a glitch on the online ordering where I was charged more. Called the store to cancel the order. The store manager told me the refund was done, she then told me it would be done in an hour, then the next day to a week(could not provide an accurate answer). I asked for confirmation via email. She refused to take my email but eventually did. When asked if she could repeat it back to me she was frustrated and refused and placed me on hold for a long period of time. Another staff member picked up the phone to take my email, clearly the manager “pretended” to write it down.

We normally get Dominos but we decided to try out pizza hut as its only 3 minutes away from the dominos. We ordered 3 pizza and 3 sides. Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. No explanation or apology. We should’ve just order dominos, but screw us for wanting to try something different.
