Just had breakfast at Hungry Jacks at Taree and will never do that again. Hash browns were soggy and oily and fell to pieces. Sausage and egg muffin was dry, threw 90 % into the bin. Coffee was ok. The girl who served me did not acknowledge me or say Thank you.

Food can be good 1 time and then really poorly made the next time, not much consistency, unless waiting in the waiting bay in drive through counts, ordering before hand on the app is easy, although doesn’t mean you won’t be waiting for a long time for your meal.

Today I went to Hungry Jacks Taree with my elderly mother. It wasn’t a great day for mum but all she felt like was a Hungry Jacks burger. The customer service that Kayla provided was above and beyond anything I would expect from a fast food outlet 24.5.23 1pm. The entire time we were there Kayla never stopped if she wasn’t cleaning the tables or sweeping the floor she was helping people place their orders. Thanks Kayla for making my day a lot better 10/10

Spent $34.00 on two meals a large and a medium, burgers just fell apart and were just tasteless and the chip sizes are stupidly small no sorry you’ve lost me, the burgers are not better at hungry jacks. Terrible prices also.

At our last visit once again the order was missing items which was not discovered until we were at home unfortunately this is becoming a regular occurrence at the Taree store so much so that I will not be returning for some time not only was a burger missing the drinks which was supposed to be coke tasted like cough mixture I’m not sure what went wrong there but all four cokes went down the sink this occurred on the 11/03/23 since I have been at work until tonight being my first opportunity to contact you.I would normally buy your product once per week at an average of $50 per order

DISGUSTING. Look at pic of the latest rodeo burger today drowned in mayo with no oinion rings. This is typical here now. Was good years ago had drink refills but now this store is very run down with leaky gutters, poor service.. wait up to 20 min in drive thru is typical TV for music doesnt fit screen that is antiquated fo.. do yourself a favour. Avoid this

Just went through hungry Jacks Taree! Ordered 2x large frozen cokes. I received 1x small and 1x large, which I asked them to fix. No cupholders, no lids available. I did ask. I also ordered a new popping pearls Caramel fudge …received the iced coffee only and the lid leaked all over me. I sent it back for the Caramel. They remade the whole thing with no popping pearls, no whipped cream…also out. And again the lid wasn’t secured and I got a lap full of cold coffee. Do better guys. All of that was preventable.

The buns are always stale such a shame when it’s so expensive always a wait for food thinking it’s going to come out fresh but it comes out cold never understood the wait time through drive through they always put you in the waiting bays but food comes out COLD
