I can see why this place gets such high scores. Service was impeccable. Yeah there was a slight delay with the food but when we arrived it was about 7.30 pm at night. Overall the food was perfect. I usually get a medium rare steak but I know how difficult a well or medium well done steak is to do so went the latter. Those chefs nailed it. The jus I usually don’t go for but had to try it and was not disappointed. The hero on that plat was that meat. But yet again the dish my better half got made me jealous. The mushroom and white wine sauce with that fresh gnocchi was beautiful. I was already happy after the bruschetta we shared but I was sorely tempted by the thought of sweets or an affogato. I’ll be doing those next time. So worth the visit.

WOW! Absolutely amazing, food was amazing, service was absolutely top notch, the atmosphere is really nice with soft lighting, so much so that it looks closed from the outside but was a full house inside. The sauce that was with my Quail gnocchi special was insanely delicious. I was a bit stunned at the price as it was quite a bit less than I was expecting to pay for the quality of food and service that we received. I apologise for not leaving a tip but was trying to hurriedly pay before the others in my party noticed, therefore didn’t notice how cheap it was until much later. Can’t wait to go back and make up for the tip I failed to leave that was very much deserved by the wait staff and kitchen.

In Maitland for work, who knew this little town could be home of the best restaurant I’ve eaten at in years (well excluding last year when I was actually in Italy!), but on par for sure. One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. All their pasta and gnocchi is handmade and is absolutely beautiful. Desserts are great as well. The staff is super helpful and very nice. Highly recommend visiting as it is great restaurant!!!

The moment you step into the restaurant the modern Italian ambience rolls through you and your greeted by polite waitstaff and showed to your table. From there, the meals were hearty, delicious and cooked beautifully. The gnocchi is hand made by the restaurant and it’s amazing. If your passing though, definitely stop by, bookings essential and parking is plentiful.
