We go regularly to this Hungry Jacks and rebel whopper is always amazing. Unfortunately we got a very burnt one that was completely inedible. I attended the store 2 days later with photos and receipt and they refused to help. Disgusting service. Will never go back here.

this is fkn ridiculous, I am appalled, I didn’t receive my nuggets and received ONION RINGS INSTEAD. I an allergic to onion and would’ve gone to the hospital if I eat either. Not happy. We ordered burgers , at pick up lady said you need to open and check before eating not to totally rely on labels on top. I was nearly eaten beef which is not ok at all. Feel like the staff did not respond to our needs. Its not ok.

Service was absolute rubbish. the girl serving aggressively handed over a doordash order resulting in the drinks to spill! she refused to replace drinks throwing the blame until a manager came. Second time i went to grab an order they stated it would be 3 minutes and made me park in the waiting bay, they readied the order and made me wait another THIRTY MINUTES until i drove back around just for an ICE CREAM!! absolutely disgusting petty service. Do better.

Staff knows a delivery partner (doordash) ia waiting for an order but they don’t call it out that it’s ready. We end up waiting longer unnecessarily especially the customer, but who gets the negative feedback because of late delivery, the dashers!

Really clean. Really friendly staff. Order took time to make because they were short staffed but the food was really well made and they compensated for the wait time by giving us an extra large french fries. Very nice place to eat in or take away. You can charge your phone here. Bathroom is also kept very clean.
