I just ordered an EXTRA large chips for the kids as a treat thinking it would feed them and their visiting friends and this is what i received for $10. For comparison the other photo is a medium from the hill st store where we ripped the lid off and halved the amounts between the lid, this is just one side of it. There is that amount in the other lid out of frame. That was $9. Im not being a karen but i tried to keep it local but won’t do that again. Incredibly disappointed the kids were so excited to eat at the park instead we had to come home and eat them on sandwiches.

The dinner pack had no gravy the pumpkin and potato were not fully cooked and no salt throughout the meal, great expectations but alas it was rubbish with the chicken the only redeeming feature.

Always VERY SLOW to get orders out. I ordered online this time in the hopes it would be ready in the 15 minutes it said it would. I arrived at that time and they hadn’t even started my order. I waited another 20 minutes outside and in that time they took 4 more walk-in orders and handed over there food and my order still wasn’t ready. After waiting for 35 minutes for an order I wasn’t impressed. Asked for lemon twice on my order and didn’t get any. Asked for chicken salt on everything and they only put it on the chips. The fish isn’t fresh and the chip sizes are a rip off, their extra large chips is not extra large. The only good thing was the chips were nice.

I know this place is usually pretty good so I’m only going to review the female staff that were working on the afternoon of 5/2/20. 2 large chips were ordered with gravy with extra chicken salt. We got to our destination and there was no salt on them what so ever. A phone call was made to let them know cause they were completely tasteless and they offered a refund if we went back in which was fair enough. Now when we went back young female staff were there and did accuse us of lying and offered to hand over salt on it’s own without a refund! Do not hire young idiots!
