Absolutely gross!! Soggy, undercooked pizza with very little toppings on them, when you try to grab a piece that I had to cut all the topping fell off and the base was left with nothing on it! They couldn’t even be bothered to cut the pizzas. I rang to complain not to get anything free but to tell them that it wasn’t good enough.. the girl who answered couldn’t have given less of a you know what. We threw all 3 pizzas and have learnt from our mistake, dont order Domino’s Pizza especially from Redbank Plains store.

I really can’t understand how it takes close to 40 minutes to make 1 single pizza and 2 garlic breads. Not to mention when asking about my order the girl behind the counter turned around looked in the hotbox then turned around and said nothing to me as she proceeded to serve someone else and tell them they had to wait. Not to mention the order she messed up making someone wait an extra 10 minutes.

Order arrived no drink supplied, was advised by the delivery person to contact the store … tried 3 times to call however kept getting hung up on … finally after 2 hours got through was told the missing drink would come out with the next driver … still waiting some 6 days later! Very limited toppings & the food was cold … after constant opportunities providing business to this store unfortunately I will not be back… very poor customer service… not happy!

I ordered a indi chicken pizza, garlic bread and a sunkist. I paid for $30 for my order. I had got pizza very less topping , burnt garlic bread and wrong drink. The manager was very rude to me when I called in store to replace my order. He didn’t even apologize once for it. Definitely won’t be ordering again from them. Will have hungry Jack’s instead of Domino’s redbank plains.

I ordered three vegetarian pizza and received one non vegetarian pizza, I belong to a religious Hindu family where we don’t even touch chicken or any sort of non vegetarian food, and when I took this issue to the staff they asked me to come to their store to get refund or another pizza. I refused to get refund or pizza and told the girl from their staff that I am going to give them bad review or something because first she was very rude and secondly she didn’t gave me any solution and asked me to come to their store as it was more convenient for them and lastly they didn’t apologised for their mistake. Utterly disrespectful staff and never going back to this outlet ever.
