Why work in a customer service industry when your attitude is very poor and can’t speak to customers with respect? Basically had my order thrown at me in the drive through as if they couldn’t get customers through quick enough. What makes it even more disappointing, is that we were served by a manager.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars! This maccas needs new management!! A MASSIVE over haul! The staff are extremely rude! Always swearing! Tonight just tipped it for me! The girl was rude and basically threw my order at me when I questioned why I was still sitting in the bay for over 10 minutes! To get home and find all burgers half made and practically no sauce. There were no onions or even pickles on the cheese burger.. well supposed to be a cheese burger but there wasnt even cheese on it!! For what I paid, tonight, this place is a joke!!

Went in to have lunch and put my order through the self service computers then waited to pay at the counter but no one was around to ask or even take my payment. I saw a gentleman that was starting his shift and asked him if i was able to get someone to serve me, he was very polite and apologised he put his things down and service me straight away. Then I sat and ate my lunch and the same thing happened to another customer he yelled out a few time no one answered so I went behind the counter and yelled can someone please come out and serve.

Want to wait 20 minutes while you’re the only customer inside? What about a dining area that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 24 hours? Or overflowing bins? Look no further this mcdonalds is hands down the worst in aus. Absolutely pathetic service. (Ps. If I could give zero stars for service and atmosphere, I would. Food was okay, usual maccas standard. But the staff were rude and the staff thought playing loud music in their work space that was louder than the music in the customer area was a great idea and the music they were playing had violent themes and swear words. This is a reasonably new building however the restaurant was not as it could be. There garbage bins were full and needed emptying. Tables needed to be wiped down. The staff were working well but didn’t seem to be working in a coherent manner. Some food seemed to some time to serve. Not being able to pay using cash was not the best. I would think that some remedial training could be needed. The playground was closed with tools stored in the area I know this happens but given other issues this just adds to the overall vibe of the business. Again staff were ok just seemed disorganised.
