This experience was terrible, I ordered online for a pick up, then when we went there to pick it up, it said the order didn’t exist, so my money just disappeared??? I showed them the email, then their manager said they would do the order again, we were okay with that so we waited. After we got home, the sundae in the order was missing, the chips and nuggets were rock hard even tho we only live 5 minutes away from the place, I doubt that is cooked fresh it tasted like it has been sitting there for a week or so. It was a terrible experience and we will never go there again.

Touch displays don’t work properly, staff won’t even make eye contact let alone serve you at the counter, walked straight past me. Won’t be back and will be telling everyone I know, sick and tired of the staff in your outlets making the drive through a priority and blatantly ignoring people at the counter.

I went there today after 2 hours I started feeling sick diarrhoea and vomiting. Took a few bites of the burger didn’t taste right so I threw it out . Didn’t have time to go back . Also chips were cold I’m going to lodge a formal complaint with the health department .Horrible experience . Look at all their reviews I’m going to call the health department because these people do not care .

Ive been to sone pretty poorly maintained Hungry Jacks at service stations, but this isnt one of them! Clean tables, clean floors and clean food prep area! The staff are super polite and friendly and the service is fast!! The quality of the food is pretty goid too! Def will come back!

Was told to wait in the waiting bay, meanwhile the love young lady had given our meals to the wrong vehicle. After a 15min wait we were were told by the lovely lady that would be a 5 minute wait.

Staff always ask you to park in waiting bay when using drive through, even when it’s not busy. Even with pre-orders. Of course there aren’t enough parking spots because everyone has to wait. It’s been like this for ages, just look at the other reviews. Hungary Jacks Pascoe Vale sucks consistently, good luck ordering food from them
