An overworked employee was trying to serve the drive through and front counter. Slow and waited a long time. However the coffee was very good. The sound system was so loud that I wanted to get out ASAP. Maybe that’s what they wanted?

Can’t wait for this place to shut down once McDonald’s and kfc are built. They don’t care what service they provide because there the only option but soon they won’t be. I can’t begin to imagine what the young people here will be like in there next job after school if they are being taught that what they provide is acceptable. Can never get a order right. Not the size or order itself. I don’t like paying for large meals only to get medium. Poorly made and never seems to get any better no matter how often they get complaints. Have emailed corporate with complaints and have never received any replies instead I get promotional emails. Seems like they have time to promote there business but not address the complaints of customers. Wish I could give 0 stars

Approx 13:10 on 29/03/22 three attempts were made to acquire an edible cheese and bacon chicken burger. The first was bad, the second had no cheese or bacon and this image shows the final attempt which was as bad as the first. I gave up and felt embarrassed for the staff.

14/4. Ordered the new jacks crunchy chicken pieces, along with chips and a drink. The chicken looked like larger oddly chaped nuggets. They were flat not rased crunchy bits as seen in the add on tv. The chips were old and almost stale tasting. Overall dissapointing.

we had onion rings and they were disgusting!! Took them back to the front and asked for another batch and got told that they are all like that, they get cooked for 2 minutes and 37 seconds, I can give u some sauce to hide the taste….you are not the only person to have complained…..just plain rude.
