We drove home tonight to find our three pizzas and garlic bread were all burnt. The appearance and smell coming from our order was obvious this should have been thrown straight in the bin. I am extremely disappointed that Nuriootpa Domino’s feels this is adequate to serve to paying customers.

I haven’t been to dominos in 15 years but finally gave the local one a crack on the way home. Service was excellent, they modified my pick up time without an issue, and the pizzas were way better than I remember they used to be. Good value too, quickly cooked to perfection, and no skimpy toppings as some report. The workers deserve the stars, I will be back

Absolutely terrible service. We were at a function and asked to pay over the phone via card but was not able to. Was advised that the driver would have the Eftpos machine with him when they delivered. Driver rocks up and says “cash only as the other driver has the Eftpos machine and there is only two, one in store and one with one of the drivers.” No phone call to advise this prior to delivery, no sorry, nothing, not to mention the pizza was 45 minutes late!

I made an order for a delivery . They forgot to even make my meal, until I rang to ask when it would be delivered. They said it would be delivered in 10 minutes. I waited even longer. Then I received a phone call, the Dominos driver went to the wrong house!

When I went in to order. There was a bit of difficulty to get the order right. I had to repeat myself several times. When I got the pizzas home my order was wrong. I did not enjoy it. It had mayo on top and I didn’t find it very nice. The base wasn’t that tasty either. I will say that the staff were friendly though. I don’t think I will go back.
