The Mount Annan Hungry Jack is, without a doubt, the best of many that I’ve tried. The orders are always fulfilled accurately, the service is extremely kind, and the food is always delicious and attractively presented. Because it used to be so terrible, I went years without eating at Hungry Jacks. I don’t know what more to say other than the burgers at the Hungry Jacks in Mount Annan are noticeably superior.

I went through drive through. 3 cars ahead of me but took me 20 mins to get to the window to pay. I only ordered 2 large fries. Before I paid I asked for fresh fries because it would probably be cold. The person served me opened the bag up and asked the other staff for fresh fries. They did not give me fresh fries and on top of that he was talking into the opened bag. So I was eating his saliva and he just came to the window and gave me the same fries with no explanation.

Horrible customer service. After placing my order incorrectly, I was advised to pay/place order again and I would need to go through the drive through again as they were too busy. There was one car behind me. No straws or spoons provided. Rude and sh*tty service

It’s Hungry Jack’s and the food is consistent. I cannot comment on the atmosphere because I have never been inside, I always use the drive-thru. Orders are always delivered quickly and correctly.

The young man at the cash window was extremely nice and charming. The lady at the food window was very lovely, had great manners and a friendly smile. Definitely recommend this establishment
