At 3:30am on Sunday 10th of Sep, My 9 mates and I entered this specific Mcdonald’s in need of food after a long night. All of us were tired and quite hungry, however, after receiving the best restaurant service experienced in my life from Zack McFadden, Blake Smith, and Jordan Shepherd (Emerald Hills Manager), the boys and I went home on full stomachs and happy faces. Went to use my rewards on my phone. Ordered a large sprite and was to receive it for free. When I went to pick up my order it was a small. I asked if it could be replaced to a large like l ordered and the lady was rude and responded with, “oh I’m sorry, but I can’t replace that, even though I ordered a large and she was rude and did not change my order. Felt like l needed to challenge this matter even more, but she was not worth my time. She even checked the machine and it said small, and l only ordered a cheeseburger and a sprite and l made sure it was a large because the medium and small size drinks are too small. Joke. On a Positive note the place has gotten a lot cleaner and felt more tidy compared to the past. However the service was ridiculously rude

The last time that I went to this place it was horrendous. Did drive through and it took 30 minutes to get our food. The burger boxes were all covered with sauce on the outside. Lucky the food inside was ok. But man what a horrible experience. Watched one of the workers almost drop someone else’s bag off food as they brought it out to them. In fact must have been a wrong order as they went back in to complain about it.

i’m rarely ever the person to write negative reviews, let alone reviews in general but there’s a constant issue i face with this store that i’m starting to get sick of. FRAPPES!! what is with this store and never doing frappes? i swear every time i come through and order at this store, whether it be on the app, uber or drive thru, they are always unavailable. i know for a fact the only time the BIM machine isn’t available is when it needs it’s weekly clean and that usually only takes 20 minutes. unless, they’re magically always running out of frappe mix or are waiting on a part to fix the machine, i really can’t find any reason why they should be unavailable as much as they are. it’s ridiculous. if they’re on your menu, sell them!

Went in, ordered in the self service terminal. After over 10 mins of other orders going out my husband went to check on our meals. Didn’t even have the order so we sat and assumed it’d be made a priority. After another 10 mins we went up and he asked the manager who walked back over to packing other bags and never said a word to anyone. She then got her phone out and started playing on it while a whole pile of food was sitting there from the food processing line. I said are you seriously playing on your phone while our foods sitting there? Put your phone down and do your job. She was then being a little smart alec so my husband asked for a refund which we thought was going to take her another 20 mins. Honestly can’t believe this person is a manager. She was also obviously disliked by staff as well, yelling orders with such attitude it was actually quite entertaining watching them yell back at her. You need some decent mature age management in store.
