Empty place when I walked in and took 10min to get my food. Wasted my time and when I walked in to the counter and spoke to this guy on the photo he said you have only being standing for 7min. I witness him scolding the food preparation guy inside the kitchen. May be he’s the manager of the store. This review is to the owner of the store if you have these rats in your store you will only lose customers.

Bought a chicken deluxe meal today 28 July 23, chips were cold and burger was over cooked and looked NOTHING like the picture, very little salad, dry bread, you guys should be ashamed charging so much for so little, you might say you should have brought it back but that’s a cop out, reviews are a lot more relevant to the complaint, DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! Drives thru on Sunday Morning 27/Aug , the girl dropped the money when she gave me back the changes. She didn’t say a word and pretend she didn’t see it. I had to get out the car to find coins on the ground . There were MacDonald and KFC in the area. Locals deserve better service

I was servered there the other day by a lady named alia I’m pretty sure. She took care of me like I was in a 5 star restaurant! She upselled me and was very happy and smiley. My food came out within 5 mins all fresh and delicious. Definitely give this gal a pay rise!! The manager didn’t seem happy with her and the pace she was going but I’d rather have a good service and happy experience then food fast but rude employees ✌

Put an order in over the counter. 25 minutes later still waiting for order. Roughly 15 cars had driven through the drive through by then. Obvious they do not want customers in the shop rather have them drive through. Guess what……you have succeeded…….we will not be back. Disgraceful service.

Went through drive through and they had staff at the first window that charged for the meal, then at the second window I was asked to donate for charity (not meal) which I did, and then got charged for the 2 dollar donation and my meal again! So that was a $28 dollar whopper meal all up. Never again will I use this store

You can never really predict what’s going to go down in Midland. You can’t predict when someone will walk in and drop a front mounted light-bar in your restaurant. People are strange. Midland team are class actors who know how to handle.
