Ordered the stacked hot chips they had no chicken was basically forced to take the beef and it looked and tasted dry. Asked for no guacamole or sour cream but still they added sour cream the chips were too crunchy felt like I was eating stones took 30 in a drive through with two cars in front of me ♀️. Slow service never have anything you want.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place has really lost its touch since the last time I came. They no longer offer sauce packets (as an American eating here, it’s basically what makes Taco Bell great), my crunch wrap was mostly just tortilla and my chips were ice cold and soggy. My first few stops here were AMAZING, possibly even better than the US version. Super disappointed!

For a “typical” takeaway place, the food is pretty tasty. I’ve not been disappointed after multiple visits. I’ve found the service can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, but they’re generally friendly enough. Atmosphere – well its not a 5 star restaurant so it’s pretty much what you’d expect. Probably better than the competition if I’m completely honest.

The food was great probably the best Mexican food that I’ve ever had, the food is great the fries are even better and they have free refills on all the soft drinks. The staff are also amazing even though when we got tacos for dinner and came back for lunch the next day we had the same person serving us as they are they low on staff and still do not have a full time manager. But yes it is a great place to have dinner and lunch the staff are very friendly and the store is very clean
