Stumbled open Bruno’s a few years back where I had dinner plans with an old friend she never turned up. I was stood up, but thankfully the gang at Bruno’s sat me down and were very hospitable enjoyed a few snacks and some delicious cocktails and had a lovely night , fast fwd a year i revisit this little gem or should I say institution and once again I had one of the most memorable dining experiences ever 10/10 can’t recommend enough go and see for yourself treat yourself and make sure you finish with a rum baba and invite ya mama!!!

Bruno’s is unbelievable. The menu is excellent with a quality range and choice. The quality of the food and flavours are sensational. Wine pairing is spot on. Ambience is fantastic. If you are in and around Bellingen I thoroughly recommend stopping in, you won’t be disappointed.

We had our wedding dinner here two years ago. This amazing, intimate, wholesome most beautiful restaurant had JUST opened. Two years later, here for our anniversary …. MORE amazing than two years ago. If only every restaurant did bespoke, personal customer service like these folks. A gorgeous family run restaurant that knows and LOVES food. We’re half way through the menu….(hot tip: try the ‘feed me’ menu for $60 pp!!)…….& can’t rave enough. Full already!! These guys deserve to do exceptionally well for many years. BEST place to eat in Bellingen…. hands down! Bruno’s… we bow down!

We’ve now been a few times to Bruno’s and booked to take some friends for dinner on Saturday night. The greeting on arrival is very friendly and the atmosphere inside is great. Every dish we’ve tried has been excellent. The Choccy bar desert was the pick of the two to round off a great meal. This is a must try if you live in the area or are visiting.

The team at Bruno’s have something truly amazing going on. When you marry up epic food with super friendly and attentive staff, you’re in for an awesome night. Bruno’s hosted our micro-wedding dinner (13 people) this past October, and it was such a wonderful experience and very special meal. Hosting a wedding party, however small, is a tall order and we were very grateful that the Bruno’s team was receptive to hosting us alongside their other guests! They coursed the meal from their menu for us — the staff was wonderful and HUGE compliments to the chef for so many truly delicious plates (best lamb ribs EVER.) and for allowing us to bring in a small cake which they cut and plated for us (after my husband and I made the first cut that is!) We sure do hope to visit Bruno’s again — likely as a normal dining party next time!
