I ate half of my 6 inch sub and got nothing but veg, when I ordered a steak melt, sandwich was only half filled… also tried the new chicken bites, they’re good flavor but could have more, I asked how many pieces and she said they fill the box until full but it wasn’t full, location is alright but the door always gets me because it’s backwards have to push in, staff are always beautiful people

The cookies are never cooked properly…. When I tried to call to discuss this the girl had no interest in solving this, blaming the preview worker, and saying I can request each time for the cookies to be cooled properly…. Is this not a good safety issue?

I ordered over Uber eats tonight and asked they make sure the order was correct as I wasn’t having the best day, my order was delivered to me with a lovely note. They didn’t have to do this but I very much appreciate this little act of kindness, especially in times like today. Thank you Subway Goodna, keep up the good work 🙂

There’s a really lovely lady that works at Goodna Subway named Zoe. She cuts up the salad for easier eating and mixes it so you’re not eating in layers. She’s the best salad maker ever. I travel 3/4 of an hour just to get Zoe to make my salad. She should train all Subway employees to make the salad bowl. I recommend that Zoe be given an employee award and be given the salad bowl trophy cheers to Zoe!

Worst Subway in Australia, but I haven’t been to them all. The service is embarrassing at best. The person that serviced me was very rude and didn’t listen to anything I said, unless I said it three times. Do yourself a favour and go to the next Subway nearest to you and give this one a miss.

Went to subway recently with my family and found their service was dull. Had my child order her meal before us. We where all in the queue and other customers get served between Me my wife and daughter… what the. No apology. No asking if we been served.. nothing. Terrible service. Food reasonable. Prep reasonable. Staff need training in customer service.

Dumb & dumber works here! They need to hire people with brains. Worst customer service. Who stops paying customers and make them wait while they do online orders? Don’t we get served first or at least the other 2 employees serve us while 1 does something else? Last time here.

I don’t work too far so always stop it. The manager is always busting to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. She was training a new person today and was all by herself to teach and to serve. Always such good subway. Some customers just need to have a little patience especially with new people, they’re not super human.
