Wow.. Just wow! i cannot believe how great this store truly is. It performs exceedingly against other stores and i always recieve my order correctly and swiftly. Don’t rely on coming here early for breakfast . I was here at 4:05 last week, got into the drive thru and was told they weren’t serving anyone neither in the drive thru or inside , had to back out of the drive thru and go to work without breakfast. I thought I’d give it another go this morning . Was in the drive thru at 4:00am , waitied 5 minutes to be spoken to thought the speaker , wanted a muffin but was told they weren’t serving breakfast for another 30 miniutes because they were “running behind” ♂️. So once again off to work without breakfast , service that can not be relied apon. I won’t be taking the chance coming here before work for breakfast anymore.

The service is fast during breakfast and the food was good. It loses stars because the staff need a refreasher course on looking before watching, I have witnessed multiple times staff members just walking in front of a moving car to deliver food to a waiting car.

Got to pay the window, and the person disappeared. Went to next window and was told by three teens that I haven’t paid yet. I said on all three occasions that I am aware I have not paid. Teens all looking at us from inside like I was some kind of criminal or circus act. The “supervisor”, who was just a slightly older teen said she could take my card and do payment. I gave my card and she returned with just card. I asked for a receipt as my card disappeared from sight, and this annoyed the staff, and they asked, “You want a receipt?” All I wanted was two orange juices and it took 20min

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcoming when ordering and the girl at counter even repeated the order just to ensure she got it right. Wait was 15 mins but I was not bothered considering how busy it was and how friendly the employees were. Unfortunately I was missing a cheeseburger but when I told the manager about it she apologised and handed me my cheeseburger.
