My boyfriend and I are both nightshift workers at a close by store and after our shift we typically don’t feel like breakfast, hungry jacks is the only thing serving lunch foods at 7:30am and they have never failed to accommodate us. We wait a few minutes for fresh burgers and chips and they are absolutely amazing every time. The staff are so sweet, food is always made fresh and presentable. Morning staff, thank you for caring ❤️

The food was fine as usual, we ordered as normal but the moment we showed up to the window to pay, the girl on tonight did not say a word. No communication to tell us that we were all good to go and to have a great night. She focused on serving the drive thru and not to communicate with us.

The service is ridiculously slow, and they keep talking rather than focusing on service. In the 15 minutes we waited for our 2 burgers, we experienced two other complaints from customers in which staff did not seem to care, and we quite rude. When taking our meals you could hear the staff saying some terrible things about the previous customer who complained. Our order was wrong. As a Hospo worker myself it was clear the staff aren’t customer focused. 2 stars because I didn’t get food poisoning yet.
