we went through drive thru and we ordered 4 burgers all were cold they gave me a normal cheeseburger instead of a double and our chips were also cold. nothing worst than a cold meal. The drive thru was also empty and it took them ages and we still ended up with a cold meal. False packaging aswell and no napkins what do they expect us to wipe with, our clothes?!?!

I have never ever seen this man!!! He cannot be real! I walked into this establishment with the most joy I have ever felt in these 27rd horrible years, I walked up to the counter and requested 1 smal chickem burger they agreed in haste, I looked at her so strange how could anybody be so busy without nobody here, before I could ponder on the thought anymore I was handed my chicken sandwich and walked to a booth, that’s when I saw him, THE MAN NEXT TO THE CALIFORNIA SURFING ART, not once on this earth have I seen this man!!!! He has a dastardly aura around him and a disfigured face, I hurried out and ran to my car, I got home to find out my room would become my room of crying for 2 hours, if I ever have to walk back in THIS store I WILL be the most displeased to perchance have the misadventure of ever walking into that odd creatures gaze again

So disappointed. The 1 piece of tomato looked like it had been sliced off a cherry tomato, the lettuce was 1 small piece of the white part of an iceberg lettuce topped off with limp lukewarm chips. Absolutely horrible.

Food always comes out barely luke warm and the buns are always stail is seems. The buns are very dry and crispy! I’ve tried multiple times to enjoy my experience but it’s just terrible. I’ll stick to hungry jacks where the food comes out fresh and hot!

Great food like hungry jacks or Burger King but with a Smokey flavour. Chicken tenders taste like kfc so my daughter says. Not a bad option. There were four of us and first time trying the food and it was unanimous that we would eat here over other fast food. Service was a bit slow but it was Xmas eve and very busy. They did bring the food to us and you take a number to place where you are sitting. Soft drinks are free refills. The store is wheelchair accessible. Parking is good once you work out how to get to it from the centre.
