Lunchtime Saturday. Very disappointing. Restaurant was filthy, toilets were filthy. Have previously had good experiences here but I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Chips were cold, and we were served 2 different sizes when we had ordered 2 of the same. Burgers were nothing like advertised, tiny and squashed.

Can never pack food right, always messing up and order. Workers are slow and food is always dry. Shop is dirty and in a bad neighbourhood, drunks always outside 24/7. Can’t take accountability when they mess up and order either. Always slow to answer phone, have to ring 6 times and slow with getting to orders even when it’s not busy, workers are messing around in the back and even at the register play fighting, shoving eachother around and having loud unprofessional conversations.

Staff are always really friendly can sometimes take a while to get served in drive-thru but that’s normally because they’re busy inside and out. The crispy fried chicken burgers are ALWAYS hot, fresh and delicious but chips and nuggets are often cold

Burgers an often dry, keep getting pushed to buy extra, which they can not supply, eg got charged extra for onion rings in stead of fires, but still gave fires not onion ring, not sure why they Offer what they can not supply. Iced coffee with syrup, sugar pearls and cream. Got to counter to find Hungry Jacks could not supply any of the extras that had been paid for, felt guilty but ask if they had gotten the order wrong. Yea sorry ran out of those, with zero care factor. It may have only been a few dollars in value lost but when you think about the number of people coming through the door each day it quite aggravating. It could be a better place with a bit of care factor, double checking orders and not standing around having small talk with each other, like you’re at the hairdresser while you hold the customers order.
