I have to say the staff here are pretty awesome. This might sound strange but I honestly do not believe they are responsible for the time it takes to get your order. Unfortunately I wait at least a minimum of 15 Mins to get my order each time. I know it has to be the system they are using as it is the slowest Hungry Jack’s I have ever been to. The first Jack’s fried Burger was really good. Cooked Perfectly, Golden Brown. The next two I got looked like they had been marinating in 2 week old oil at the bottom of the fryer and were absolutely disgusting. Real hit and miss. This could be such a great takeaway place only if they had the system in place.

The absolute slowest drive through experience ever! At least 15 minutes at the window with no sign of a staff member. I ended up parking and going in to get my order. When I come out the car that was behind me was still waiting. Food good but service non existent!

So obviously we should have read the reviews first……Anyway, our first visit to HJ Bomo, it will be our last. Half hour wait at the drive through. Not even busy, maybe 3 people in the restaurant. The coffee was horrible. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Definitely not fast food….slooowww food is what you get at Hungry Jacks Bomaderry, do yourself a favour and just go to the maccas or KFC across the road.

Went to get Bischoff sunday no syrup waited till I paid and told me no Bischoff syrup I can put caramel syrup instead then had to wait 10 minutes and the girl had the hide to give dirty looks will never go back to Hungry Jacks Bomaderry

Always incredibly slow. Something is wrong at this hungry jacks. Why do I have to wait half an hour for ‘fast food’. Tried the app so I could order in advance but it doesn’t change anything, they don’t start preparing your order until you arrive to pick it up. Staff are nice enough, and food is what you expect from hungry jacks but this has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant in Australia.

Always slow. But today 3:30pm was even worse. Not busy all maybe 5 people inside and a single car in front of me at the drive-through. My single meal + nuggets took 20 minutes. Nuggets had obviously been sitting in the warmer for a long time and the burger was a slovenly mess slapped together with so much sauce on it the wrapping had disintegrated and was even soaking through the cardboard box.
