Mum ordered us subway for dinner, I got a meatball sub with no capsicum or tomatoes but yet still put it in my sub honestly you’re getting a very bad review! Quick service when in store. The only issue is when the order is placed online through the app. So many times, the order hasn’t even been seen by the staff (or not received by them) and when I go for pick up, that’s when they start preparing the order. Gets frustrating as the whole point of online order is to save wait time in store.

After a horrible experience here months ago, (rude staff, refused to get fresh ingredients as the ones at the front were contaminated with ingredients I am very allergic too) I decided to come here again. AGAIN the shop was disgusting. Very dirty, all the food containers were contaminated with other ingredients, nothing looks as if it had been wiped down and my food was thrown together and no even holding together. When arriving the staff refuse to acknowledge you and when it suits them (after their private personal conversation) they turn around and state ‘what do you want’. Seems as if it’s a large inconvenience to do their job. Every visit I’ve experienced horrible customer service, very average food and honestly disgusting environment

Got 2 footlong subs. The assistant decided to someone elses online order inbetween our two which Im assuming is the result of the 1st one being cold while the 2nd sub was nice and hot as it should be. When I asked if it could , I was told all she can do is grill it in the press which l have squashed it flat. Not very nice eating a cold bacon and egg sub. Wont be returning

The staff are unprofessional and speak to each other in Hindi in front of customers. The shop is dirty, the salads are contaminated with other salads. Dust everywhere and strong odour in the store.

Staff are rude and are too busy talking between themselves and it seems an inconvenience to serve you. They didn’t give the cookies I paid for with footlongs. When I rang when I got home their response was ‘didn’t you check the bag’. I went back into store to get the cookies, no apology only response was ‘well what do you want’. Do yourself a favour and go to another subway that has friendly staff who want your business.

Arrived at 6.45pm. Closing time is 7pm. People inside but staff had locked the door. They came to the door and I asked why they were closed. They said that they are only doing large orders and shut the door on me and another customer at the door.

Staff are extremely tight with salad fillings. Ordered a salad roll, they put 2 pieces of lettuce and one piece of beetroot, then look at me funny when I ask for more salad. Ordered a second sub with meat and same thing. They running the salad on rations.
