Very bad customer service and management by Domino’s Menai. No care for their customers or to provide customers with what they ordered at least and failing to deliver forgotten items after being made aware of it. Domino’s goal is to ‘make sure our customers receive a world class experience’ however being sworn at by their manager gave my family and i an appalling experience and the way we were spoken to is no way to speak to a customer. An apology and efficient delivery for our forgotten item was impossible to be given at any instance. Their customers are not of focus or care.

An appalling experience with Domino’s Menai, leaving a sour taste that far surpasses the lack of our paid-for drink! Their customer service is not just bad; it’s an abomination! Within minutes of realizing our order was incomplete, we were told in no uncertain terms that their incompetence was not their problem – they were “too busy” to rectify their mistake and our call was brushed off in favor of ‘other customers.’

This is the most abysmal “business” I have ever come across and the most rotten Manager I have ever dealt with. My order was delivered without the drink which I ordered and paid for. When we called Dominos to inform them they had forgotten to deliver us the drink, we were told they are too busy to attend to us and that the drink will be delivered 30 minutes after the pizza arrived. After over one hour went passed with no drink and no communication from Dominos, we called to let them know we prefer to have our money back rather than the drink be delivered over 1 hour after our meals had been finished, the Manager told us to ‘F%#k off’ and hung up on our face abruptly. I have never experienced such a dreadful response in customer service. This person has no care for customers, their business and no manners whatsoever. My money is still not yet returned.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Domino’s Menai!! Never ordering from here again. The store didn’t deliver our drink, and when we called back literally two minutes later, they said they’re too busy to bring back the driver with our drink that we already paid for, instead saying they’ll prioritise other customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Menai Domínio Pizza. After placing an order and paying for it, the delivery was made but missing some items, called them straight away to be be promised it will be delivered in 30 minutes. In fact, I waited for over 2 hours with no delivery, to be promised when we called for the 3ed time , it would be sent straight way and they will fire the driver !!!! When I reached out to the manager, Mr. Prince, to express my concerns about the service and requesting refund , I was met with rudeness , swearing and disrespect. This kind of customer service and unprofessional behaviour is truly disheartening and does not reflect well on the establishment.

Prince delivered my pizza. A nice man and it was delivered on time, I said I would leave a review. This would’ve been positive if the food was at all decent! The pizza bread seemed old or stale and the pizza had almost no sauce on it at all. I used to always order dominoes however over the past 4 months I’ve moved to Pizza Hut. This is mainly due to almost always having an issue with an order. Tonight being no different.

Horrible costumer service and experience. We were charged for a drink that was not delivered, and once we alerted them about our drink not being delivered, they told us it would take 30 minutes to be delivered, only for the drink to arrive over an HOUR later. The manager also swore at us before hanging up. The management does not care about its customers and has a complete disregard for fixing their mistakes, instead choosing to curse and insult their costumers for asking for a refund for missing items. Never ordering from here again.
