We serve delicious dim Sims and dumplings that we locally hand make ourselves to ensure they are rich in flavors and to the best quality. We have strived to make the best quality products using only the highest quality ingredients and take pride in delivering a product that has no additives and is manufactured under very stringent hygiene conditions for our customers. That became of major importance to me and Shumei to make sure that our products meet a very high standard consistently. The old saying is, “you are what you eat”
