Our First visit to Outback Jacks, we found the food to be delicious and the staff are very friendly, our waiter was especially friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu including ingredients and availability of certain items on the menu. It was great. The food was amazing. The burgers are amazing, and the chips are a bit plain and steak great highly recommend. Ask not to sit near the children’s playground of lots of high-energy kids. The West coast eagles were playing at the time, and my friend asked to switch channels on the Tv to the eagles game, and they switched the channel no question asked. I highly recommend outback jacks. Also the food came extremely quick when there were lots of people their.

2 stars purely for the service as our waiter was polite and attentive. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our meals. Mashed potato tasted old and like it was re-warmed, gross texture to it. Garlic sauce? No garlic taste to it. Ribs were a small serving for the price and the rib sauce was sour and tasted like vinegar. Overall quite underwhelmed. For the money we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Great food. Parmy was massive for their Monday night special. Girls had the ribs and loved them. And they said the brownies were fantastic. Had a bunch of different cocktails that were nice. Customer service was fantastic, drinks were out straight away, weren’t left waiting for anything. Friendly and professional. Good night all round.
