Upon entering hungry jacks I noticed that people that have to serve food they are busy taking to their friends over the counter. After 10 minutes I was finally approached and asked what I would like to order. I have ordered ultimate whopper large meal. Paid $19.10 for the whopper and I waited 20 minutes to be ready. The store was not that busy to take such a long time for my food to be prepared. I also notice upon opening the bag that nearly quarter of my chips are missing. I personally felt discriminated and disappointed . Maybe that happened because I have light skin.

This one is basically not a drive thru…it’s “Park-Thru”. I live nearby and have been ordering from HJ Balga for like two years now… I always use the app and put my order up front and even inform them around 5mins before I come to the drive thru speaker but these guys are never ready! They always ask me to park and wait for at least 5mins.

Hello, I visited your store this arvo. I ordered a Whopper Junior and went to designated spot to receive. Burger, roll was stale and cold, meat not heated… service was good when I spoke with them face to face. Product got thrown in bin. Sorry, what a waste of $7.80
