Although we’ve given this place multiple tries, we haven’t had a positive experience yet. From mix-ups with our orders to unfriendly staff, it’s been a letdown every time. Twice, they have given us the wrong order, and by the time, that you’ve driven a couple of kilometres after a hard day’s work, it’s simply too tiring to return and complain. The customer service is disgusting. I had a sip of my coke while waiting for my food and it was flat and watery and I kindly asked if I could have it replaced with a different drink, the staff member didn’t respond and he gave me a filthy look and just grabbed the drinks from my hands. He got another staff member to give us our “replaced” drinks that were once again watered down cokes that were flat. This is also the third time in over a couple of months that our burgers have been soggy from the amount of sauce they continue to put on it. New management should be considered or alternatively some new respectful staff instead of sassy males running the joint.

On my visit they had run out of mayo for their burgers, my burgers were served luke warm after one of the team checked the temperature of my burger without wearing gloves.. Yuk! and fortunately I got a full refund.

I went through drive thru and had to repeat my order twice, was told all good waited 10 mins only to have one part of the order done, they forgot my large meal, then told me wait around carpark waited another 10 mins got my meal and they still forgot my large coke omfg! Manager didn’t seem to care about customer service I guess, never heard a word from him, get your act together guys.
