Staff is nice and so as the service. However, the place is not clean. Rubbish just scattered on the floor. I know the staff is busy but hoping that they mind to look after the surrounding after the customers left as flies can be seen everywhere.

Usually pretty good but tonight was incredibly disappointed. I ordered a medium cowboy Angus meal with Mayo instead of ranch. I was given onion rings instead of fries and still got ranch instead of Mayo. If they had told me they had no fries or something I would’ve been fine but am just left frustrated by this now as I’ve gotten home to no fries. I’ve worked in burger bars before and know such a change is simple and that serving onion rings instead of fries is not acceptable – I can also understand mistakes happen but serving someone onion rings instead of fries is not something easily messed up.

The burgers never look like the pictures. Hardly any lettuce, smaller than advertised meat patties and barely any tomato. False advertising for all HJ restaurants, not just this one. The food filled a hole, it was tasty and the toilets were clean.
