The food at this restaurant was not only delicious but also incredibly fresh. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive dining experience. Fusion restaurant serve delicious Japanese and Thai dishes. The eel truffle fried rice, soft shell crabs, crispy salmon rolls and sashimi ( L ) was superb. The staff was efficient and responsive to every request. Excellent place to dine in but best to pre-book a table.

It’s the second time have our dinner in this lovely Asian fusion restaurant with a wonderful manager Susie. She did everything should do. We order a lot and every dish was in high level. I like the beef skewers most.

We tried the sushi, teriyaki chicken and eel truffled fried rice and everything was so yummy. Food is worth the price. Costumer service was exceptional and at the end the chef came over to ask how everything was, how cool isn’t it?

My husband and I have been a couple times to Half & Hafu before where we had the Pad Thai (it had a mouth-watering wok-tossed grilled flavour as a good Pad Thai should have) and had the lunchtime special Bento Box. When we came back today, we noticed it had gone up in price to $21 but we ordered the chicken teriyaki Bento Box again anyway… thankfully it was worth every dollar! The Bento Box included deliciously crispy chicken teriyaki pieces, a generous serve of rice, miso soup, potato salad, seaweed salad and sashimi. Being pregnant, I was unable to eat the sashimi, but they had alternatives for the sashimi such as gyoza (dumplings), takoyaki (octopus balls) and nasu dengaku (eggplant). My husband chose the gyoza (he got 3) and I chose the takoyaki (also got 3!). For appetiser, we ordered a serve of aburi salmon nigiri, but I informed them I was pregnant so I asked if it could be freshly made and cooked more than just aburi (which is only slightly flame-grilled). The aburi salmon nigiri came out with 4 serves, and the waiter told me since I was pregnant, he took off the fish roe on 2 of them, but kept the fish roe on the other 2 for my husband. I didn’t even realise I couldn’t eat fish roe but glad they were looking after me! Will definitely be coming back.

This one really has been chosen by coincidence on Google which made me curious, last dinner before we leaving Adelaide and that was beyond our expectations! We ordered tofu, fried rice with eel, chef selection of sashimi and sushi, for the dessert we had mango with sticky rice. Highly recommend eel fried rice and sushi and the dessert, dine in not too many customers and feels like they have more take away orders. Hope we will come back soon and enjoy!
